Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Tasks:

  • Application Management:
    • Manage the integration of external facing applications into the CIAM platform and ensure all important points are considered during the process.
    • Provide continuous support during the lifecycle of applications by advising them with your technical expertise and knwoledge in terms of CIAM related topics.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and other IT teams to understand and evaluate requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical guidance.

  • Maintenance and support: Regularly system monitoring to take care about the operational aspects of the CIAM platform and be in close contact with other supporting IT teams.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Act as a primary point of contact for application or user related incidents, leading troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and users, including configurations, processes, and support procedures.

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in IT
  • Your independent, analytical, structured working style, high willingness to perform and take initiative, as well as your enjoyment in solving our customers' problems, distinguish you
  • You demonstrate a high willingness for continuous personal development
