We are currently seeking a Director, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Director, PCS at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of patient care strategies that enhance our clinical operations and improve patient outcomes. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through strategic oversight of patient care services, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving excellence in service delivery throughout the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive patient care strategies to optimize clinical trial execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the integration of patient feedback and health data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Providing strategic guidance on best practices in patient care and safety within clinical trial protocols and workflows.
  • Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage insights and trends in patient care and advocacy.
Your Profile:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, nursing, or public health.
  • Extensive experience in patient care services or clinical operations, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in tools for measuring patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
