The Field Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing and maintaining the CALVIN KLEIN visual merchandising (VM) standards across all channels within your nominated area. You will drive sales, stock turn, and dock to floor efficiencies, ensuring strong VM skills and standards across the PVH department store operations team, as well as acting as the lead VM support for your nominated Full Price and Outlet stores, to enhance store profitability and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance across all branded touch points in nominated stores, utilising weekly sales data to make commercial VM decisions and drive sales.
  • Elevate and maintain store presentation standards through regular development and training of the store teams, ensuring VMD comprehension and compliance.
  • Empower store teams to independently execute HO VM direction, promotional setups and change mannequins through VM training and inductions for each team member.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to HO VM team, including regular photos, in relation to store performance, real estate, layouts and floorplans, product positioning, VM standards and new opportunities within nominated stores.
  • Achieve visual project schedules to ensure they meet campaign and promotional timelines.
  • Drive dock to floor efficiencies supporting the logistics team with stock processing, replenishment and management within department stores where required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers when needed
  • Coordinate seasonal visual/campaign changeover, product launches and window updates across all nominated locations.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years VM / Sales / Styling / Inventory experience across the fashion retail environment.
  • Demonstrated creative flair and interest in fashion.
  • General computer skills with competencies in Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Current driver licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
  • Able to travel locally regularly and interstate as required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, push, pull or move objects of at least 20 kgs.
