Job Title: International Nurse Recruiter

Recruiter Location: Remote , EST Timezone

Reports to: Recruiting Manager

KPI: Minimum of 2 signed international RN

Contracts per week Hourly Rate: $7/hour

About the Role

On behalf of our client we’re hiring a high-performing International Nurse Recruiter to drive international talent acquisition and hit aggressive weekly contract goals. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified international nursing candidates, matching them to U.S. healthcare facility needs, and ensuring a seamless recruiting and contracting experience from first touch to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source & Connect: Engage international nursing candidates daily from incoming leads, database mining, referrals, and sourcing team transfers. Respond within 24 hours, speed and consistency are non-negotiable.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a deep pipeline of qualified international nurses from countries with current visa priority. Follow up biweekly minimum to maintain engagement.
  • Candidate Vetting: Conduct screening calls, review resumes for required hospital/nursing home experience, confirm NCLEX status, and verify visa eligibility and documentation readiness.
  • Contract Execution: Present and explain contract terms clearly. Ensure candidate understanding, resolve objections, and secure signed contracts fast. Upload agreements and track in system.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain thorough, accurate candidate records in internal systems (BS) including descriptors, notes, visa status, and personal touchpoints to enhance rapport.
  • Submission to Facilities: Ensure candidates meet client specifications and submit polished resumes. Confirm file receipt and pursue submission feedback promptly.
  • Facility Requests: Rapidly match qualified candidates to incoming client needs. Run email/text outreach campaigns and trigger sourcing escalation as needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • 2+ Signed Contracts per Week
  • Pipeline of at least 50 active, qualified candidates
  • <24hr response time to candidate inquiries100% documentation compliance in internal system
  • High submission-to-offer conversion rate
