Who You Are:

As a QTS’ Senior Manager, Business Systems Support (Oracle) you are responsible for executing on the vision for Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM & Reporting Solutions. These solutions are critical to the company and support all the key Finance activities that include Procurement, SCM, Accounts Payable, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Corporate Tax Filings, General Ledger Consolidations, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting.

You will utilize the Agile Framework and are expected to move at an accelerated pace, taking advantage of configuration accelerators. 

What You Will Do:

  • Leads team of direct/indirect reports and supports planning of resources to achieve the LoB/functional area priority deliverables, which includes defining and supporting the set-up of appropriate delivery structures to meet agreed deliveries and ensuring delivery teams are appropriately supported to be successful.
  • Responsible for managing and provisioning required delivery Services, including resources, and partnering with the business and technology teams to execute and deliver work aligned to Finance agreed Business priorities
  • Support Continual Improvement by maintaining an active interest and staying abreast of industry and technology trends, and proactively propose potential opportunities to Stakeholders (Business, Architecture and Solution Engineering etc) for consideration into Roadmaps
  • Service Design
    • As a SME, play a key role in the design of Services and working with our Internal teams and Procurement team to select Suppliers (internal and external).
  • Service Transition
    • Ensures DevOps processes and tools are maintained and utilized correctly by working closely with CoE and responsible teams to ensure compliance to QTS standards and processes, such as Change Management and Cyber-Security.
  • Service Operations
    • Ensure QTS’s Incident Management processes and tools (i.e., ServiceNow, JIRA) are utilized, and that new Services are seamlessly integrated into the processes, especially where third party Services are utilized, such as AMS Providers. 

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
  • Ten or more years of progressive IT experience, preferably in Information Systems-focused roles
  • Ten or more years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion Financials, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management implementation/administration
  • Seven or more years of people management experience, including cross-functional and third-party providers.
  • Must have worked in at least two Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Oracle Applications certification and/or Oracle Fusion certification would be preferred
  • Project management / agile certification, such as PMP, CSM, Scrum, SAFe also preferred
