Summary of the role:
The Cybersecurity Program Operations – Finance & Analytics Lead owns the business side of the security program. You will keep the lights on—and prove their value—by mastering the flow of money (budgeting, procurement, contracting, vendor onboarding) and the flow of information (metrics, dashboards, data-driven insights). Partnering closely with internal teams, you will ensure every dollar invested in security is traceable, defensible, and generating measurable risk-reduction. This role will report to the Director, Cyber Program Management within the CISO organization.

Financial Management & Procurement
Build, track, and forecast the cybersecurity portfolio’s multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets; surface variances and recommend course corrections. Drive end-to-end procurement—including drafting SOWs, shepherding RFPs/RFIs, leading vendor evaluations, and presenting cost-benefit analyses to approvers.
Execute workflows for contracts, renewals, and enterprise license agreements
Track vendor onboarding: coordinate legal, risk, privacy, and IT reviews; track completions of set up new suppliers in ERP/AP systems; and maintain accurate PO and invoice records.
Financial Analytics
Maintain accurate financial forecasting and reporting (e.g., spend vs. plan).
Monitor automated data pipelines and interactive dashboards that merge financial data with security telemetry, enabling real-time insight for leadership.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews that translate financial metrics into business-ready narratives, graphs, charts, and dashboards for executives, auditors, and the Board.
Cross-Functional Program Operations
Serve as the connective tissue between Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth program delivery. Implement and refine processes (purchase-to-pay, vendor risk assessment, metric reporting) with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Support regulatory and audit engagements by supplying evidence of fiscal controls, vendor due diligence, and performance metrics.
About You
Education
BS or MA in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field
3 years of experience in a financial analyst, data analyst, business intelligence analyst, market research analyst, statistician, or equivalent role
Technical and Business Experience
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood and actionable manner
An ability to effectively influence and convince others to make appropriate changes in their priorities and behaviors for the benefit of the organization
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executives, managers, and professionals, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making processes
An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
Demonstrated experience in the creation of graphs, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the effective communication of insights and findings to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge and Skills
Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
