JOB DESCRIPTION

Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger. We’re a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

Summary of the role:

The Cybersecurity Program Operations – Finance & Analytics Lead owns the business side of the security program. You will keep the lights on—and prove their value—by mastering the flow of money (budgeting, procurement, contracting, vendor onboarding) and the flow of information (metrics, dashboards, data-driven insights). Partnering closely with internal teams, you will ensure every dollar invested in security is traceable, defensible, and generating measurable risk-reduction. This role will report to the Director, Cyber Program Management within the CISO organization.

About the Job

Financial Management & Procurement

  • Build, track, and forecast the cybersecurity portfolio’s multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets; surface variances and recommend course corrections. Drive end-to-end procurement—including drafting SOWs, shepherding RFPs/RFIs, leading vendor evaluations, and presenting cost-benefit analyses to approvers.

  • Execute workflows for contracts, renewals, and enterprise license agreements

  • Track vendor onboarding: coordinate legal, risk, privacy, and IT reviews; track completions of set up new suppliers in ERP/AP systems; and maintain accurate PO and invoice records.

Financial Analytics

  • Maintain accurate financial forecasting and reporting (e.g., spend vs. plan).

  • Monitor automated data pipelines and interactive dashboards that merge financial data with security telemetry, enabling real-time insight for leadership.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews that translate financial metrics into business-ready narratives, graphs, charts, and dashboards for executives, auditors, and the Board.

Cross-Functional Program Operations

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth program delivery. Implement and refine processes (purchase-to-pay, vendor risk assessment, metric reporting) with a continuous-improvement mindset.

  • Support regulatory and audit engagements by supplying evidence of fiscal controls, vendor due diligence, and performance metrics.
