Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Minimum University Degree in a related field or equivalent.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working for a patient support program.
Customer service, experience in call centers, medical, pharmaceutical and/or insurance industry is an asset.
Fluency in English (written and verbal), is required. Fluency in French (written and verbal) may be required, depending on
program and geographic location.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, DocuSign, Adobe Pro and Visio are considered an asset.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems effectively.
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret findings, and effectively present results to relevant audiences.
Proven ability to manage time, set priorities and multi-task to meet various competing work deadlines.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Strong customer services skills.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is reliable and shows initiative to pursue new skills.
Demonstrates business and financial acumen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal including effective phone etiquette to diverse audiences i.e.
internal, healthcare professionals and patients.
Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls to patients and pharmacies in a professional and efficient manner.
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
Effective organizational skills; attention to detail.
Proven leadership and training skills.
The successful candidate will (requirement)/may (asset) have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
