  • Maintain project tracking dashboards, escalate risks, and support testing and quality assurance processes.

Daily challenges

The Nearshore Project Manager is responsible for managing delivery teams located at a nearshore location, ensuring smooth coordination with onshore counterparts and onshore teams.

  • Project Delivery Management - Coordinate day-to-day delivery operations for assigned Oracle ERP modules or streams. Translate project plans into actionable work packages and track progress. Ensure delivery alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Team Management & Task Allocation -Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure performance tracking of nearshore resources. Facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and issue resolution within the nearshore team.

  • Communication & Coordination- Act as a liaison between onshore leadership and nearshore technical/functional teams. Conduct regular sync-ups, stand-ups, and checkpoint reviews. Ensure seamless handoffs across time zones (onshore–nearshore–onshore)

  • Governance & Reporting- Maintain project tracking dashboards, timesheets, and performance KPIs. Escalate risks and dependencies proactively to the onshore project manager. Support documentation and compliance adherence for internal and client audits

  • Quality Control & Testing Support- Ensure deliverables meet expected functional and technical standards. Coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases

  • Tools & Methodology Support- Operate within the framework of Oracle Implementation Methodology (OUM / AIM / TCM). Use project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet effectively

eXperience and skills required
  • Fluent in spoken and verbal English

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP project delivery, with 2+ years in Oracle Cloud (SaaS)

  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement)

  • Strong experience managing distributed teams in nearshore or global delivery models

  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ​

Considered as advantage:

  • Experience in working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies

  • Prior exposure to data migration (FBDI), reporting (BIP), and integration (OIC) coordination

  • Multilingual skills and cultural awareness for working in a nearshore delivery environment
