As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll manage calendars, meetings, travel and communications to enable senior leaders to work efficiently and stay aligned with key priorities. You’ll be central to maintaining smooth operations and strong connections across teams and stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role best suited to someone with strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and professional.

This will be a full-time, 12 month secondment position based in our Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate calendars, travel, and daily priorities for senior leaders to support smooth operations
  • Plan and manage meetings from end to end, including agendas, minutes, logistics, and action tracking
  • Draft and format high-quality reports, presentations, and communications in line with branding standards
  • Manage central inboxes, phone enquiries, and filing systems to keep information organised and accessible
  • Support key business processes including employer transfers, tender preparation, and data maintenance
  • Assist with internal events, employee engagement activities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Clear, professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
