Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent remote support to Croatian-speaking customers through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services efficiently.
  • Assist customers in understanding product functionalities and maximizing their usage.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
