Lab8 is a productized content execution company helping fast-growing US brands scale content through clean systems, high-quality creative, and lean teams. Were not a traditional agency. We run like a machine.

We are seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the clients social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; youll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing/designing/editing). Youll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative vision: Develop and execute high-impact content that elevates clients digital presence.
  • Brand voice guardian: Define and maintain a distinct, globally resonant tone (with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends).
  • Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
  • AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
  • Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
