Description

Position Summary

Due to continued company growth, Trinity Life Sciences is looking to expand our Research Ops team! The Research Coordinator should be a bright, energetic, proactive, and highly motivated individual who can make a significant impact. This position handles a full range of project tasks under the direction of the Trinity Research Ops senior staff.

This would be an ideal role for someone who can effectively coordinate research study associated activities, assist/support in project planning and ensure that pre-established work scope and study protocols are followed. Responsibilities will include day-to-day oversight and management of recruiting efforts, logistics, and project execution associated with qualitative and quantitative research projects.

 

Essential Functions

  • Develop a solid working relationship with all internal and external contacts to gain an understanding of their needs, respond proactively to those needs and manage expectations
  • Plan and coordinate all logistics associated with qualitative & quantitative research initiatives
  • Provide feedback/recommendations for project feasibility prior to initiation (sample, scope, locations, etc.)
  • Obtain bids for fieldwork, collect accurate information on feasibility/timing and coordinate with the Trinity project lead
  • Initiate and monitor the progress of each study
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research
  • Liaise between third-party vendors and Trinity senior staff to ensure seamless communication to end-clients  
  • Communicate study progress, proactively anticipate potential issues and discuss them with research staff while offering creative alternatives for resolving issues if they agree, as needed
  • Monitor all operational activities associated with execution of assigned research projects to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedule, and quality checks
  • Proactively manage projects within timeline, budget, and compliance parameters.
  • Support Trinity senior staff during relevant phases of research
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience preferred  
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized
    • Detail oriented
    • Effective multi-tasking ability  
    • Highly functional within a deadline-driven environment
    • Out of the box thinker
    • Proactive problem solve
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, industry scheduling platforms.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is [$70,000 - $80,000].

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
