We are looking for a Software Tester with solid experience in test automation for Windows desktop applications, who is ready to take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining our automated testing framework. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with developers, analysts, and testers to ensure product reliability and performance.*

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for building the test automation framework based on project needs and constraints.
- Design and implement a robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation framework for a Windows desktop application.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated functional test scripts.
Integrate automated tests into the development workflow and CI/CD pipeline (e.g., TeamCity) to support continuous testing and fast feedback. - Create, maintain, and document comprehensive test plans with traceability to requirements.
Perform automated regression testing during feature and release cycles. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and high product quality.
- Review requirements and user stories to ensure test coverage is realistic, valuable, and aligned with user expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to define, evolve, and continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on functional test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Windows desktop application testing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch or improve existing ones.
- Good programming/scripting skills in C# (preferred), Python.
- Familiarity with Git and integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Good understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and quality assurance principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
