Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled International Field Service Engineer to join our ambitious team based in Molsheim, France. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with worldclass industrial equipment and travel globally, providing exceptional technical support to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Travel internationally to client sites to install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery and equipment
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
  • Provide clear and concise technical mentorship and training to clients on accurate equipment operation and maintenance
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to improve product design and service delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry standard methodologies
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in various industrial settings
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for service visits
    • Qualifications
      • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
      • Minimum of 35 years experience in field service engineering, preferably in an international context
      • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
      • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
      • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
      • Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
      • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
      • Experience working in diverse cultural environments
      • Valid EU work permit or eligibility to acquire one
      • Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently (up to 70% of the time)
      • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRE) are advantageous
      • Indepth understanding of safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings
      • Adaptability and resilience to work effectively in challenging environments
      • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
