Job Title: Broadcast TV Content Director
Location: Remote 
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month
Commitment: Full-Time
Travel: Occasional travel to Texas (1–2 times/year)

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Broadcast TV Content Director to lead the content vision, programming, and curation of a short-form, in-location video network designed to entertain and engage a high-end, professional audience in the United States.

This fully remote role, based in Colombia, involves producing and scheduling compelling video content, overseeing branded content integration, and collaborating with cross-functional U.S.-based teams. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Programming

  • Own the content calendar and programming strategy across all club locations

  • Curate and schedule short-form content (under 3 minutes), including:

    • Podcast clips

    • In-location interviews, events, and member testimonials

    • Coverage of charity initiatives

    • Branded or sponsored content

  • Ensure editorial tone and visual brand consistency

Creative Direction & Production Oversight

  • Direct capture priorities for on-site social media managers and videographers

  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Wisecut, Descript, Runway) to identify and clip the best moments from long-form content

  • Maintain a premium, purpose-driven visual identity

Brand Partnerships & Content Integration

  • Identify suitable advertiser categories (e.g., luxury auto, spirits, finance)

  • Support tasteful integration of branded content into the programming lineup

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring stories to life

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze performance data and member feedback

  • Adapt programming based on seasonal initiatives, viewer engagement, and brand goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in video content strategy, TV/media programming, or visual storytelling

  • Proven background in digital, TV, or branded video content (not audio-only)

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for editing and content clipping

  • Familiarity with U.S. media/audience preferences

  • English fluency (C2 or native level)

  • Based in Colombia

  • Valid U.S. visa is required (or demonstrated ability and willingness to obtain one)

  • Bonus: 3+ consecutive or 6+ total months of living experience in the U.S.

  • Availability to travel to Texas 1–2 times per year for 3–5 days per trip

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD (based on experience)
