Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech’s technologies.
- Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
- Address and resolve technical issues during demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
