Job Description

Your Role:

• You will take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working with state of the art RBS (Radio Base Station) and Cloud&RAN Radio Access Network development.
• With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their technical expertise.

• Qualifications

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team working on telecom RBS (Radio Base Station) related development with increasing cloud integration.
  • Guide team members in modern C++ (C++11 or later) development practices.
  • Ensure delivery of highquality code and integration using tools like GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.
  • Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems.

  • Required Skills:

    • 9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in modern C++.
    • Strong background in Telecom RBS development, including L1L2 protocols and 3GPPMulti Standard Radio Architecture.
    • Strong grasp of embedded systems and realtime constraints.
    • Familiarity with Linux platforms (Yocto, RedHat).
    • Excellent communication skills in English.

    • Nice to Have:

      • Experience in C# or Python.
      • Experience in cloudnative technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices
      • Good understanding of networking protocols (IPv6, DHCPv6).
      • Background in crossdomain product development (e.g., automotive).
