Job description

The UiPath Business Analyst will support a large, multi-functional and comprehensive automation effort on a government contract. The Business Analyst will manage multiple use cases at a time and usher then through the entire development lifecycle process from requirements collection to production support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.  

  • Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract. 

  • Must be able to gain IT-II clearance

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the followingOther duties may be assigned. 

 

  • Process Analysis and Discovery: Analyzing processes to find automation opportunities, documenting current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and assessing the feasibility of automation.

  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating documentation such as Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and translating business needs into user stories.

  • Solution Design and Implementation Support: Working with developers to ensure requirements are met, providing input on exceptions, supporting testing and deployment, and monitoring implemented solutions.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Training: Acting as a liaison, leading training and workshops, and communicating process changes.

  • Governance and Best Practices: Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, assisting with change management, and staying updated on UiPath advancements.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.   

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusExposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $81K to $110K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
