The primary purpose of the Manager – Facility and Construction Support is to lead a team of Sr Analyst and Analyst at both the SSC-M and SSC-B campuses who handle all expense and capital reporting, SOX controls, reporting, analytics, and accruals for the Facility Execution, Facility Strategy and Construction teams. This also includes Annual Operating Plan responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Drives process improvement with Facility Execution and Strategy teams on management of area of responsibility.
Oversees approximately Facility $1.5M expense and capital invoice approvals across entire portfolio of stores for a budget of approximately $950M on the Facility side and $25M on the construction side.
Drives executive level weekly forecast process for all facility workorders and construction projects.
Working with FP&A, support long range planning as well as annual operating budgets. Influences trend analysis and leads collaboration efforts between facilities, construction, and FP&A.
Primary business SME for Service Channel and SiteFolio systems including all integrations and upgrades.
Directs accrual process for average of $30M capital and expense each period.
Owns capital review and guardrails for the Retail Field Operations Managers, internal Facilities team, and Construction team.
Manages average of 91 capital Facility PARs and all new stores, outlets, supply chain site PARs. This includes creation, amendment, and closing processes.
Supports as needed both the Facility teams and Construction team on special projects, reporting, and review of projects. Also, supports executive leadership on forecasting process.
Ensures that SOX requirements are met for all financial flow from both the Facility and Construction teams.
Reviews vendor set-up and update for Facilities and Construction.
Owns relationship with SSC-B Sr Manager for support team members including 2nd level of interviewing and training.
Pursues personal and professional growth and provides developmental opportunities for team by soliciting and acting on performance feedback.
Leads and manages designated work streams to meet customer and business needs by translating business functional plans into tactical action items.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience and 5-7 Years In leading remote and onsite teams in finance, reporting, and process improvement
5-7 Years In leading remote and onsite teams in finance, reporting, and process improvement
5-7 Years Experience managing operational activities, programs and budget for facilities maintenance including cost justification
5-7 Years Experience assisting with long term capital plans for facility improvement
5-7 Years Use of strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
