Your Day to Day 
As a Project Manager in Security you would be working on: 

  • Security Roadmap —You will align the security roadmap with the company's strategic goals and ensure that security initiatives support and enhance business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure there are no surprises and everyone is aligned with the projects.   

  • Operational Excellence — You will use security operational metrics and incident data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and resilience improvements. You will track the progress of projects, alert when a project is off track, and take necessary actions to bring it back on track. You will enable the security team to report on progress and outcomes regularly and help understand the capacity of the team using scrum practices. 

  • Tools Adoption — You will manage initiatives to evaluate, select, onboard, and measure the impact of new Security tools and technologies, ensuring smooth integrations and clear value realization. You will ensure that stakeholders are aligned with the adoption of new tools. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement — You will establish feedback mechanisms and communication channels with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving technical and business needs, and report on progress and outcomes. Help evangelize the Security engineering team's plans and overall strategy. 

What We’re Looking For 
As a Project Manager your background will look like: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a closely related field 

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on platform, security, engineering or infrastructure  

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale, complex technical initiatives 

  • Solid understanding and experience with agile methodologies, scrum practices, including roadmap management, capacity planning and load measurement 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
