Business Development Manager

Location: Stockholm (Kista) or remote (Sweden)

ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As the Business Development Manager in Arrow, you will join the Sales team located in our offices in Stockholm or remote. You will exercise your role within the Swedish market.

Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for building new business as well as the management of the current client. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the vendor – Check Point, to ensure a trust and support of business objectives. This specific role will have a strong focus on building MSSP partnerships and business.

Key Responsibilities:

On the daily basis, you will be:

- Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams and vendors, to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.

- Working with the above-mentioned partners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to realize their sales potential, namely:

  • Bring new partners to Arrow, by prospection (phone, email) and client meetings

  • Execute successful business plans

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the vendor

  • Find New Business leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the partner's base

  • Identify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales

  • Initiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads

  • Regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term deals

  • Enable partners by providing regular sales training

  • Travelling to customers on a regular basis

A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT AT

  • Development of new Customers, excellent communication skills
    Experience in creating MSSP business/models

  • Experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT manufacturers’ sector

  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

  • Very good knowledge of the local market

  • Works independently but also a team player

  • Fluency in Swedish and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitment

  • Full Swedish Driving license
