XactAnalysis Technical Coordinator, Insurer Management Services (IMS) - Full Time, Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

The XactAnalysis Technical Coordinator will be accountable for the delivery of XA reporting and XA Client Guidelines to support ClaimsPro operational leadership and enable adjusters to understand and meet insurer expectations. Supporting the Director of IMS, The XA Technical coordinator will also be responsible for measuring regional performance, communicating the results to internal stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive better outcomes. Working within a team environment, the incumbent will be responsible for continuously working to enhance XA performance within Claimspro. This role is critical to ClaimsPro’s objective to become the most trusted partner in the industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of IMS and Regional adjusting teams in the proactive design of workflows to create efficiencies for XA usage.
  • Create, manage, and oversee XA Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain current client guidelines and expectations related to the use of XA.
  • Review guidelines and provide feedback on potential issues
  • Monitor and maintain active XA user list.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to support client needs.
  • Assist with onboarding adjusters to projects
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on any special projects and initiatives related to XA
  • Identify adjuster XA handling trends and coaching opportunities.
  • Provide reporting on adjusted performance aligned with account requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of XactAnalysis
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
