  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job duties:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to top talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
