Job Description

  • Partner with senior stakeholders in a complex business with exposure to a broad range of ER issues and frameworks
  • Coach and support a team of ER Advisors
    • The Endeavour Group Team Services team provide support to all Endeavour Group Limited team members and people managers on general HR advice and employee relations matters. The team supports all the Endeavour Group brands including Dan Murphy’s, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and our wineries, just to name a few!

      As the Senior ER Advisor you will support leaders and team members with complex ER matters and investigating grievances. You will provide guidance and information, relating to the situation, appropriate legislation and Endeavour Group HR policies to provide robust, commercially considered recommendations and outcomes.

      Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

      • Provide coaching and support development of team members.
      • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other People teams to plan and execute ongoing services.
      • Execute the daytoday operational delivery of employee relations case management and investigation services across several regions.
      • Support Enterprise bargaining.
      • Represent Endeavour Group in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
      • Support and guide the business with industrial disputes and issues outside of the bargaining processes.
      • Analyse and deliver employee relations insights to drive strategic business decisions.
      • Advise on the impact of legislation updates and changes.
      • Support various ERIR compliance activities and changes initiatives resulting from changes to enterprise agreements, modern awards and legislation.
        • Qualifications

          Now let’s talk about you:

          • Extensive experience in HR or ER (5 + Years), with demonstrable experience in managing complex HRER matters.
          • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation within different jurisdictions and application in policy.
          • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
          • Demonstrated capacity in providing commercial, risk managed yet fast and simple HRER initiatives to line managers and business.
          • Experience leading large teams in service delivery.
          • Experience in representing or advocacy at the fair work commission.
          • A passion for developing and coaching a high performing team.
          • Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Employment Law or relevant field andor significant relevant experience
