This role is acting as global AzP Conversational AI (CAI) Solution Engineer, located in the GCC Mexico. Its mission is to help to develop and deploy effective Chat- & Voicebots that meet the specific local needs. This involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements, designing and building conversational AI systems that integrate with their existing technologies and core systems (e.g. CRM) and testing and optimizing the solution to ensure they deliver a high-quality user experience.

 

In order to be successful in this role, one will need:

 

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of Conversational AI frameworks and technologies, such as STT (Speech-To-Text), TTS (Text-To-Speech), SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language) and NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Experience with Java Script, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Understanding of the principles of Conversational design and user experience (UX) for Conversational interfaces.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Understanding of understanding of REST APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in working with project management tools.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure and application landscape.
  • Advanced English level and Computer Science/Systems Engineering degree is required.
  • Conversational AI Platform certification (Infobip, Cognigy etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and similar technologies can help enhance productivity and support innovative problem-solving in daily tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Designing and developing conversational flows, user interfaces and integration points/ extensions for Chat- & Voicebots.
  • Developing and documenting processes and procedures for building and deploying Conversational AI solution
  • Support Conversational AI operations projects with expertise.
  • Documenting technical changes, workflow related tasks and provide development status update where applicable.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are designed to be scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Continuously and self-independently drives asset enhancements and concept creation.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to AzP stakeholders during the development and deployment of their Conversational AI use cases.

 

Offer:

  • Direct hiring.
  • Remote work (it could be required to assist to the office occasionally. Benito Juarez, CDMX).
  • Full time Monday - Friday schedule.
  • Monthly salary before taxes from $35,000 MXN to $40,000 MXN (according to experience) + $3,400 MXN monthly in Food Coupons + Law benefits + Annual bonus + Health Insurance + Major Medical Expenses Insurance + Saving Fund.
