Regional Sales Manager - Retail

As a Regional Sales Manager in our Retail division, you’ll be joining a company with over 150 years of innovation and leadership. Bizerba’s cutting-edge solutions help supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, and restaurants operate with greater efficiency and precision. We’re looking for a high-achieving, motivated professional ready to manage and grow a dynamic territory. This individual contributor role oversees the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships that ensure sustainable success.
Territory: Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Southern California (preferred residence: Southern California)
Your tasks
- Promote, maintain, and grow sales of Bizerba retail hardware, software, and services by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue by understanding customer needs and positioning our products as the best solution to enhance their success.
- Proactively pursue new business through calls, lead follow-ups, and innovative prospecting strategies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through strong relationship-building within the designated territory.
- Stay up to date on Bizerba’s product lines and monitor competitive activity to remain ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales activity, manage opportunities, and align with company reporting standards.
- Travel up to 50% across the assigned region to engage customers and participate in key industry events.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in Territory Management with a track record of year-over-year revenue growth.
- Strong ability to present retail solutions, explain complex technology concepts, and deliver value-driven proposals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.
- Proven track record in cold calling and proactive business development.
- Skilled in time management, organization, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Driven, confident, and competitive — thriving in a fast-paced environment.
