Position:  The Client Engagement Specialist interviews customers by telephone or online video conferencing to collect data on the household goods that will be relocated during their move.  This is a part time role, and your work schedule will consist of 12-9 week days, and 9-6 on weekends.

• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
• Input data into company programs
• Follow suggested scripts

The pay rate is $17 per hour.  Starting rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include sick pay of 2.66 hours and retirement benefits.  After 90 days can apply for hybrid work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience necessary

Technology Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competent with Microsoft Teams.
