Job summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the group’s digital advertising strategy across

multiple international markets. The role is focused on lead generation through Google Ads Search and Meta

campaigns, contributing to campaign performance through data-driven insights and close collaboration with

external media agency of Istituto Marangoni.

key purpose of the role

  • Monitor and analyse online advertising campaigns, mainly on Google Ads Search and Meta, to acquire qualified leads across different countries and schools.

  • Provide optimisation suggestions to the media agency, identifying critical issues and potential areas of improvement.

  • Track the changes applied to campaigns and evaluate their impact on key performance metrics such as conversion rate and click-through rate.

  • Support the development of effective campaigns by helping to shape content and contributing to landing page structure and testing, with the goal of improving user conversion.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and reflect the brand’s value propositions.

  • Bring flexibility and curiosity in managing the evolving landscape of paid media, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Education & skills

  • Successful studies in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Statistics or Data Analysis

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar roles main focus on lead generation campaigns on Google

  • Ads Search and Meta, ideally without product feed/catalog setups.

  • Solid understanding of multi-language campaign management and the dynamics of running advertising across different markets.

  • Confident in analysing performance data and identifying patterns or issues based on KPIs such as conversion rate and click-through rate.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt quickly to change.

  • Takes a proactive approach to campaign improvement, actively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximise results.
