In this role, you will drive the results and growth for the franchise advisor platform by recruiting experienced advisors to join Ameriprise. You will develop, implement, and monitor organic growth coaching programs directed at legacy and EAR advisors and deploy resources to support recruiting strategies, drive advisor enrollment and engagement in growth coaching, hold independent contractor coaches accountable to implementing programs, provide leadership, and develop team members.
This territory is TN, KY, Western OH, and Southern IN. The qualified candidate will be located within the territory.
