Job Title: Deal Desk Specialist (Temporary Employee)

Location: US, Remote

Job Type: Full-Time]

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Specialist to support our Sales team with quote creation, pricing validation, and contract accuracy. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth deal execution by maintaining data integrity in Salesforce, aligning quotes with pricing policies, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate timely order processing and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales in creating and updating quotes in alignment with pricing, discounting, and contract policies.
  • Review sales contracts and order documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required approvals.
  • Validate configurations, SKUs, and pricing to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and quote records in Salesforce and support deal structuring as needed.
