We’re hiring an Operations Lead to help scale our business faster and smarter. You’ll work across sales, growth, people, and internal ops to build the backbone that keeps the company running efficiently as we grow.
This role is about unlocking leverage—bringing structure to what’s working, fixing what’s not, and spotting opportunities to improve how we operate. You might streamline our CRM workflows to support sales, refine onboarding to ramp new hires faster, or implement lightweight systems that keep our team coordinated and productive.
You’ll be a cross-functional partner to leadership, trusted to handle high-priority projects and build the operational muscle that powers our next phase of growth. If you love solving messy problems, wearing lots of hats, and making things work better—this role is for you.
Sales & Growth Enablement: Support revenue-driving teams by streamlining sales workflows, maintaining CRM hygiene, coordinating follow-ups, and making sure we have the right tools and data to close deals faster.
Events & Conferences: Help us show up strong at the right industry events—own logistics, travel coordination, and event prep (e.g. decks, collateral, lead capture).
People & Admin: Run the new hire checklist, manage onboarding/offboarding, coordinate IT setup, route basic AP/AR, and keep HR systems running smoothly.
Tooling & Data Ops: Own the structure and upkeep of our internal Notion, Google Drive, and HubSpot to ensure the team has access to what they need, when they need it.
Special Projects: Jump into high-priority or ambiguous needs—whether that’s building an internal dashboard, operationalizing a new process, or generating AI-powered sales collateral.
Has 3–7 years of experience in a generalist operations role at an early-stage B2B SaaS or marketplace startup.
Has owned complex, cross-functional projects—like spinning up internal systems, supporting sales teams, or managing multi-stakeholder vendor rollouts.
Is comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion or Airtable, Zapier, and HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
Has a bias for action—you default to solving problems, not scheduling meetings about them.
Thrives in ambiguity and self-teaches quickly; you don’t need a playbook handed to you—you’ll write the first version.
Has a customer-first mindset, and is happy to jump into high-priority needs, even if they’re outside your lane.
Brings a low-ego, high-ownership attitude—you’re just as willing to book flights or build a dashboard as you are to drive strategy.
Communicates clearly and professionally—your written updates could be sent to an investor without edits.
