Your Challenge

The world of user acquisition is being redefined by AI, enhancing most parts through agentic workflows and AI agents. We arent just adapting to this change; our ambition is to be a team that leads it. To join our team, were looking for a forwardthinking Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on Paid Search. Someone who sees this role as a unique blend of growth marketing, MarTech, and data—and who is passionate about shaping the future of Taxfix’s user acquisition growth engine. This is an opportunity to build the machine, not just operate it.


Your Responsibilities
  • Design and drive a forwardthinking Paid Search strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AIdriven optimization.

  • Own the endtoend management and performance of our primary Paid Search ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, PMax, Bing Ads). You will design and manage automated systems and agentic workflows to handle daytoday campaign management, bidding, and optimization.

  • Manage and scale 6 to 7digit monthly budgets for our Paid Search campaigns across multiple brands and markets, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.

  • Systematically explore, test, and scale new growth opportunities within the search landscape, including new AI search platforms and advertising products, bidding models, user flows (e.g. web2app), and new beta features.

  • Foster and drive a culture of highvelocity testing and datadriven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps to test hypotheses on ad copy, keywords, audience signals, landing page experiences, and channel systems at a fast pace.

  • Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams. Collaborate closely with them to improve measurement frameworks, paid search needs, build new capabilities and refine the tools that power our growth.

  • Partner with our internal creative team and copywriters to guide the development of highperforming ad copy and creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and datainformed creative strategy for search.
