Someone who sees this role as a unique blend of growth marketing, MarTech, and data—and who is passionate about shaping the future of Taxfix’s user acquisition growth engine. Design and drive a forwardthinking Paid Search strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AIdriven optimization.
Own the endtoend management and performance of our primary Paid Search ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, PMax, Bing Ads). You will design and manage automated systems and agentic workflows to handle daytoday campaign management, bidding, and optimization.
Manage and scale 6 to 7digit monthly budgets for our Paid Search campaigns across multiple brands and markets, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.
Systematically explore, test, and scale new growth opportunities within the search landscape, including new AI search platforms and advertising products, bidding models, user flows (e.g. web2app), and new beta features.
Foster and drive a culture of highvelocity testing and datadriven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps to test hypotheses on ad copy, keywords, audience signals, landing page experiences, and channel systems at a fast pace.
Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams. Collaborate closely with them to improve measurement frameworks, paid search needs, build new capabilities and refine the tools that power our growth.
Partner with our internal creative team and copywriters to guide the development of highperforming ad copy and creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and datainformed creative strategy for search.
You have 4+ years of handson experience in Paid Search, with deep expertise in managing ad accounts with at least 6digit monthly budgets.
You have a track record of moving beyond manual campaign management. You think in terms of systems, automation, and scalability. Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, Python), automation platforms or an understanding of marketing APIs is a strong plus.
You possess a deeply analytical mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets to uncover strategic insights. Ideally, you also have experience in working with advanced marketing measurement methodologies such as MMM, incrementality and MTA.
You are highly curious about the AI revolution and its application to marketing. You went beyond just using AI tools and ideally started to think systemically about how to build, automate, and leverage AI agents and workflows to solve complex paid search challenges.
You are a selfstarter who thrives on autonomy. You have a bias for action and an impatience to deliver results, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving projects from conception to completion.
You operate with a highvelocity test and learn mentality, rapidly iterating on ideas to uncover what works.
