Join Our Team as an Administration Clerk – Singleton 
Location: Singleton, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Clerk to join our team at the Singleton depot. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Action and respond to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries
  • Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages
  • Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight
  • Complete daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems
  • Scan finance copies and close driver manifests
  • Conduct internal audits and complete general admin tasks as required
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service (transport/logistics preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
