Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to partners in German via various channels, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot partner issues quickly and professionally.

  • Document interactions and help us refine our support processes.
  • Work with team members to enhance support strategies and partner satisfaction.
  • Engage in training opportunities to further your expertise in our offerings and services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
      • Passion for customer support and relationship building.
      • Previous experience in customer support, consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
      • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation package provided.
