This role focuses on providing excellent support to our Norwegianspeaking users, helping them navigate our platform effectively. Responsibilities
  • Assist Norwegianspeaking users through various support channels including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to the online platform.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to user accounts and platform functionality promptly.
  • Educate users on maximizing their interaction with the platform and navigating its features.
  • Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure quality service.
  • Collaborate with different teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements for user experience.
  • Stay updated on new features and platform changes to provide the most accurate assistance.
  • Ensure followup communication with users to verify their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting.
      • Solid understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
      • Proven problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Experience with CRM software and support tools is beneficial.
      • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
