Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on product features and industry trends.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. andor Cover Letter.
      • Strong dedication to delivering highquality customer service.
      • Experience in customer support or subscriptionbased services is a plus but not mandatory.
