THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join the UK Product team within Form3.
This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full UK and Euro payments product suite.
With previous experience working within product development, you will be supporting Product Managers to make informed decisions, putting a real mark on the critical infrastructure powering real-time payments across the whole of the UK and Europe.

Form3’s Product Team are the backbone of our ground-breaking services, holding responsibility for creating and developing real-time, cutting-edge payments technology products for our full scope of financial services customers. Within Form3, Business Analysts do not just document requirements; they are central to innovation, trusted with product ownership tasks and surrounded by a high-calibre team of experts.
This role sits within the UK Product team, where the key focus is to build and run best-in-class payments services. It is a fast-paced, collaborative team, who are proud of Form3’s market-leading UK product offering.
INTERVIEW PROCESS ✍️
Stage One: Screening Call with the Talent Team
Stage Two: Team Interview with a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager
Stage Three: Zoom Interview with two Heads of Product
Stage Four: Executive Review with the Chief Product Officer
We always aim to stick to the above process; however, there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is required for us to be sure we are hiring the right person!
