  • Create and update payer profiles and manage system access for team members.
  • Coordinate with BOOST teams to review and update system settings based on external updates.
  • Monitor external updates like payor guidelines and billing rules, recommending changes as needed.

This role involves setting up and maintaining payer profiles in practicemanagement systems with high accuracy and also logins creation/de-activation of various team members to the tools utilized by the BOOST COE team. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of working with large volumes of sensitive healthcare data in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Primary duties/responsibilities of this job

  • Create/Update System Configuration
  • Manage/Provision/ System Access
  • Coordinate with BOOST teams to review/update system setting
  • Monitor external updates (payor guidelines, billing rules, etc) and recommend changes to system settings
  • Take up any other projects assigned as per the requirements

 

JOB Requirements and Skills

  • Require a graduate from any discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of RCM experience will be preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines
