Appointment Setter Cold Caller (Outbound Sales Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We’re hiring experienced Appointment Setters Cold Callers to join a fastpaced outbound sales team. You’ll be responsible for making highvolume calls to prospective leads daily using an autodialing system. This role is ideal for individuals with prior coldcalling experience who can follow a script, manage conversations professionally, and consistently drive interest in our services.

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

11:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST

Compensation:

Base Salary: PHP 30,000month

With Performance Bonuses: Up to PHP 60,000month

Duties:

Make 600–700 outbound calls per day through PhoneBurner (autodialer)

Engage prospects, follow a provided script, and set qualified appointments

Maintain call activity logs and update lead status accordingly

Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions

Requirements
