Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a eCommerce CRO Analyst to join the Carrier Partnerships team to ensure smooth onboarding, optimization, and scaling of ecommerce operations across our whitelabel solutions in Brazil. In this role, youll work at the intersection of product, data, and partner success—leading launches, streamlining onboarding, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving meaningful results through datadriven insights and strong collaboration. The role combines technical execution, enablement, and growthoriented analysis.


What you will do:

  • Manage New Ecommerce White Label (WL) Launches: Oversee domain redirects, widget installations, and other technical setup tasks for new partner launches.

  • Lead Partner Onboarding: Develop manuals, FAQs, tutorials, and deliver training sessions to ensure partners are fully equipped to use the Portal.

  • Drive WL Growth Initiatives: Analyze user and product data in Amplitude to identify growth opportunities and escalate issues as needed.

  • Conduct Monthly Partner Reviews: Present key performance metrics and highlight strategic growth opportunities in regular review meetings.
