Job Title: FullStack Engineer (BackendFocused) – iGaming Platform

Location: Fully Remote (Company HQ in New York City)

Our client is an exciting startup which is building a nextgeneration iGaming platform and are looking for a talented FullStack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join their core development team. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of our product, working on everything from database architecture to seamless thirdparty integrations.

Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, ShadCN (nice to have)

Backend: SupabasePostgres, Node.js, TypeScript

API Architecture: Serverless functions via Next.js API Routes andor Supabase Edge Functions

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs to power the iGaming platform

Integrate thirdparty services including payment providers and casino game APIs

Develop and optimize the order and transaction flow across the platform

Connect external casino game providers with our frontend and backend systems

Manage and query relational data using SupabasePostgres

Collaborate on frontend features to ensure seamless integration and user experience

Work closely with product and design teams to deliver clean, performant features

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong backend orientation

Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres (or Supabase)

Familiarity with serverless functions (e.g., Next.js API routes or Supabase Edge Functions)

Experience integrating external APIs and thirdparty systems

Comfortable navigating both backend logic and frontend functionality when needed

A strong product mindset with attention to detail and user experience

Prior experience in the iGaming or payments space is a plus
