Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Quality Support Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education.  
 
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s AND 3+ years of previous management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility. Candidates must have current or previous experience working as a Center Director. 
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on education and experience
TravelThis role will require at least 85% travel across our nationwide network of childcare centers, with the remaining time spent working remotely. For ease of travel, candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major airport to allow for flexibility and accessibility when traveling on short notice.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an Interim Center Director
  • Oversee the day-to-day center operations in line with our early childhood philosophy and best practice standards. 
  • Participate and oversee in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records and files related to assigned activities and personnel; compose and distribute correspondence. 
  • Be a sales advocate for the center and successfully drive and grow enrollment by focusing on new enrollments, tours, marketing, and community engagement. 
  • Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities. 
  • Assist in implementing policies, procedures, rules, regulations, programs, and activities designed to develop assigned programs and services.
  • Identify key questions to ask the business in order to gain a deep understanding of center operations and uncover the most critical aspects of each role, enabling effective training of operations staff.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors as a trusted advisor and business partner to design and implement impactful training programs across all childcare facilities.
  • Interpret, apply, and explain applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
