Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for change management based on research and analysis of existing conditions and business needs.
  • Establish timelines for each phase of the change process, such as employee training, implementation, and monitoring of results.
  • Partner with leadership team to define adoption, success metrics, and identify impacted audiences.
  • Obtain input for change management planning by conducting focus group sessions, employee surveys, and interviews.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary resources and support to implement the change successfully.
  • Develop communication plans to inform employees about changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies based on feedback and other metrics and pivot as needed.
  • Actively work on building cross functional relationships and stakeholder alignment for programs and initiatives.
  • Adapt communication style and content for audiences ranging from leadership to cross functional teams.
  • Track and update activities related to the change management plans.
  • Develop and govern change management best practices.
  • Define and implement processes to successfully deliver change management at scale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience with organizational change management, leading large-scale transformations across various audiences, technologies, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Experience creating change networks, communities of super users, etc. to gain insights and drive adoption.
  • Proven ability to apply various change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Experience in program and project management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and have flexibility across time zones.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability of using analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and various teams.
