Role

In support of AltaOne Federal Credit Unions Vision, Mission, Values, and Culture, the Digital Transformation Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role involves overseeing the integration of innovative digital solutions, managing crossfunctional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead and mentor a team of Digital Transformation Specialists and other project team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure successful project implementation.

Evaluate and integrate new digital technologies into existing systems and processes. Ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Track and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Use data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organizations digital capabilities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

EducationCertificationsLicenses

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills

A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. Indepth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive andor highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating andor advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Other Skills

Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in a business context. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements

Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 68 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climatecontrolled shared work area with minimal noise.

Mental andor Emotional Requirements

Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines requirements for extreme accuracy and quality andor fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
