We are seeking proactive and detailoriented trainees to support the Associate General Managers of the Thrive, Bloom and Move teams, our 3 main solutions. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution—helping to drive performance, structure processes, and solve realworld problems across multiple areas. This is a unique opportunity to learn by doing and gain direct exposure to how we build, scale, and align highperforming healthcare solutions in a fastgrowing tech company.

You will be part of the Associate General Manager team, supporting the leadership of one of our main solutions: Thrive, Bloom and Move. The team is responsible for:
  • Ensuring daytoday alignment and operational excellence across our verticals.
  • Driving key initiatives that support business growth, process efficiency, and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to leadership by helping structure and prioritize highimpact work

  • What you’ll be doing:
  • Contributing to crossfunctional initiatives across different Teams by supporting project planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment;
  • Assisting in the definition, tracking, and reporting of key operational and performance metrics;
  • Helping the Associate General Manager with the preparation of strategic materials, internal presentations, and executive communications;
  • Conducting research and analysis to support decisionmaking and surface improvement opportunities;
  • Identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and helping propose or test process improvements;
  • Supporting the organization and facilitation of internal meetings and workstreams.

  • What you need to have:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information;
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, being able to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work;
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.


  • What we would love to see:
