  • Manage preauthorisation requests from start to finish—assessing eligibility, confirming benefits, and coordinating care.
  • Liaise with members, providers, and underwriters to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
  • Deliver empathetic, efficient service across all channels.
  • Monitor ongoing cases and escalate complex issues to the Medical Team or leadership.
  • Support members in using our online portal and guide them through their claims journey.
  • Collaborate with our provider network to contain costs and optimise care.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general office procedures.
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical insurance, claims, preauthorisation, or underwriting.
  • Language skills (especially German or Spanish) are a plus!
