Position Title: BI/ETL Supervisor (Req# 04312025)
Job Description:
Develop and uphold analytical solutions aimed to identify new opportunities for efficiency improvements in processes and insights. Offer comprehensive support for various projects in the Credit Risk team. Identify the root causes of issues and actively engage in guiding issue resolution. Implement control process enhancements to prevent future incidents. Manage the team of consultants and analysts for technical delivery of projects, designs processes, manage and drive execution along with ensuring timely completion. Design, build and maintain complex ETL jobs that deliver business value, and guide and deliver meaningful and thorough code reviews. Oversee and validate data utilizing SQL to ensure accurate, efficient, and cohesive synthesis, facilitating well-informed decision-making processes. Take charge of developing and executing project plans, seamlessly integrating cross-functional deliverables while establishing clear project metrics (scope, schedule, quality) to manage and enhance project performance. Address any potential project issues, risks, and conflicts to ensure smooth progress. Develop, maintain, and optimize Unix shell scripts to automate system administration tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Technology or a directly related field plus six (6) years of experience gathering, interpreting, or implementing user requirements for data warehouse architecture projects. Experience must include:
Six (6) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Informatica Powercenter components and ETL processes
- Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and Data Warehousing
Four (4) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Tableau, PowerBI, OBIEE
Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Unix including basic commands and shell scripting
- Waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Data integration, data quality and data governance
- Python
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
