This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:
  • We are open 8 AM 5 PM Monday Friday EST. This would have some flex to it though as we have after hours callsemergencies that come up.

      Job Description

      This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a thriving construction business, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact the company’s ability to serve major corporate clients efficiently. You’ll be working with cuttingedge property management technology, managing multiple client portals, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. This role offers tremendous growth potential as you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing standardized processes that will scale with the business. You’ll work closely with scheduling teams and clientfacing staff, making you a key player in the company’s operational success.

      Responsibilities
      • Monitor and manage multiple highvolume client web portals, staying ahead of new work orders and opportunities
      • Create and organize new jobs in the company’s internal management system with precision and speed
      • Seamlessly transfer critical data between client portals and internal systems, eliminating operational bottlenecks
      • Craft professional client communications, acknowledging new work orders and maintaining strong client relationships
      • Support the bid submission process using innovative standardized templates for common maintenance and repair work
      • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all job information is accurately documented and accessible
      • Collaborate with scheduling coordinators to ensure smooth handoff of accepted work orders and optimal workflow
        • Requirements
          • Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in highvolume data entry environments
          • Experience navigating and managing webbased portals and management systems efficiently
          • Strong written communication skills for professional client correspondence
          • Ability to excel in a fastpaced, multitasking environment while managing multiple portals simultaneously
          • Basic familiarity with construction or maintenance terminology is a plus
          • Proficiency in standard office software and web applications
