We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Corporate Engineering - Internal Platforms and AI to lead and scale our engineering efforts for our cutting-edge SaaS products. This pivotal role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in building and delivering successful SaaS solutions, coupled with a strong track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading geographically dispersed teams (e.g., US, India, Armenia).

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director/Sr. Director level) building SaaS products.
Proven experience in successfully hiring, scaling, and managing engineering teams, particularly those based in India.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with US-based headquarters.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development.
Expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Deep technical proficiency in Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
Proven experience in integrating and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Vercel's AI features, or similar) to enhance engineering efficiency and output.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI for business process automation, including identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-driven solutions.
Practical experience in designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution within complex business workflows.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A strong focus on engineering execution and a data-driven approach to performance measurement (KPIs).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other relevant technologies (e.g., Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Experience in MLOps or integrating machine learning models into production systems.
Prior experience building a Billing system is a plus.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $221,400 USD - $296,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
