We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner licensed in New Hampshire to support Medicare and Medicaid members. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling (minimum 24 hours/week). You’ll focus on meaningful clinical work like Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closures — all from the comfort of your home.

The Role
  • Independent contractor (1099)

  • Fully remote — no travel

  • Minimum 24 hours/week

  • Visit length: 15 to 45 minutes

  • Compensation: $75 to $90 per completed visit

  • Daily earning potential: $600–$720 depending on efficiency

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

  • Complete risk adjustment documentation

  • Close HEDIS care gaps

  • Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding

What You’ll Need
  • Active New Hampshire NP license

  • 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine

  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid

  • Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans

  • Must be Medicare/Medicaid enrolled
